U-TECH FLEX is designed to protect workers by automatically shutting down machinery the instant an employee enters a predefined danger zone through a wristwatch sensor.
U-TECH FLEX consists of only three modules to be installed:
The control unit monitors all incoming signals and triggers the automatic shutdown of the machine upon entering the danger zone or in case of a disturbance, such as a UHF receiver failure.
The antenna module, located on the machine, defines the required danger zone through an electromagnetic field.
The self-test module is mounted on the system and constantly monitors the stability of the electromagnetic field and the flawless function of the system.
